提供高级客户支持，处理预订、案件管理和索赔事务。
执行解决方案物流，完成物流执行与报告定制。
主动通知客户并预防潜在问题，提升服务体验。
管理客户关系，进行需求跟进与问题解决。

任职要求

中等教育或同等学历。
至少三年客户服务与互动工作经验。
