Plant Controller

About the role

The Plant Controller is responsible for the financial control of the plant, ensuring that economic planning, results monitoring and deviation analysis are performed in line with the procedures set by the Country Controller and the Division/BU Controller. The role supports the Plant Manager in day‑to‑day financial management and contributes to strategic decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Provide continuous support to the Plant Manager on economic‑financial aspects of plant operations.
• Analyze sheet data and perform cost and revenue deviation analysis.
• Prepare operational management indices and compile the plant industrial report.
• Develop and maintain production cost calculations.
• Assist the Plant Manager with investment decisions, project and product planning, and make‑or‑buy analyses.
• Oversee warehouse development, conduct slow‑moving inventory analysis, and ensure correct inventory procedures.
• Implement monitoring and reporting systems according to Country Controller guidelines.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of economic planning, results monitoring and deviation analysis.
• Experience supporting plant or manufacturing management in financial matters.
• Ability to work with established procedures and guidelines from higher‑level controllers.
• Proficiency in preparing financial reports and operational indices.
