职位概况
负责根据销售订单、客服订单及产能制定采购与生产计划，分析库存周转，确保准时交付，协调多部门资源，提升供应链效率。
主要职责
- 制定采购计划和生产计划，设定安全库存，优化交付周期。
- 与技术、运营、采购等部门紧密合作，控制准时交付并跟踪订单进度。
- 建立数据分析框架，依据历史订单和预测调整生产与物料计划。
- 每周分析生产及装配物料短缺，制定补救措施。
- 统计准时交付率，分析延期原因并推动改进。
- 管理库存，分析月度物料进出，优化库存结构。
- 监控项目物料周转、BOM变更导致的呆滞物料及发货缺件率，提出解决方案。
任职要求
- 具备生产计划、采购计划或供应链管理相关工作经验。
- 熟悉库存管理、物料需求计划（MRP）及订单跟踪流程。
- 能够使用数据分析工具进行报告和可视化。
必备技能
- 熟练使用Excel进行数据分析。
- 了解ERP系统或供应链管理软件。
