职位概况
在指定区域内开展公司产品的介绍和推广，与医疗机构建立并维持合作关系，确保完成公司下达的工作目标。
主要职责
- 按照公司规定的覆盖和拜访频率，制定并执行医疗机构拜访计划。
- 运用推广技巧和产品资料，向医疗机构提供咨询并介绍产品特性。
- 挖掘现有市场潜力，开发潜在市场，完成新产品进药计划。
- 收集竞争产品信息，及时向上级反馈并提供建议。
- 定期分析区域情况，更新医疗机构资料并制定行动计划。
任职要求
- 医学、药学或相关专业大学专科及以上学历。
- 2-3 年医院医药代表工作经验，外资制药公司经验优先。
必备技能
- 产品及市场知识。
- 产品推广技巧及流程。
- 区域管理能力。
- Account Management（账户管理）。
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM)。
- Market Analysis（市场分析）。
- Product Knowledge（产品知识）。
- Sales Forecasting（销售预测）。
