职位概况
负责汽车及非汽车电子控制单元的PCB布局与布线设计，确保满足机械、硬件、EMC、散热及生产工艺等技术要求。
主要职责
- 组织并参与机械、硬件、EMC、散热及制造工程师的布局评审，保证布局质量。
- 与项目团队合作完成新产品的布局概念设计。
- 评估布局工作量与交付周期，制定项目时间表。
- 与国际研发团队紧密协作，推动项目进展。
任职要求
- 电子类本科或硕士学历。
- 熟悉数字、模拟电路及EMC、散热设计原理。
- 了解PCB/PCBA生产工艺与流程。
- 具备良好的英语听说读写能力，能够在国际团队中工作。
必备技能
