Order to Cash Operations Analyst / Associate

About the role

Accenture is hiring an Order to Cash Operations Analyst / Associate in Dalian, China, as part of its early career programme. The role covers billing, collections, cash applications and credit management, with a focus on efficiency, first-time quality and continuous process improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and improve service performance metrics reports, give status of work in progress, coordinate execution and escalate issues promptly.
• Process A/R billings, adjustments and write-offs, track and reconcile daily and monthly AR balances, and ensure invoice completeness and accuracy in the AR system.
• Investigate contradictions between invoices and customer information, generate repayments for erroneous or overpayments, and monitor mailboxes and distribute emails to the right parties.
• Post checks and process collection checks, EFT/wire transfers and bank adjustments, including medium-to-complex transactions.
• Analyse delinquent customers' payment habits, review files for collection efforts, and recommend account closure, credit limit changes or collection actions based on DSO, earnings, savings and payment history.
• Provide business unit reporting and ad-hoc analyses and summaries when requested.

Required profile

• Graduate of Accounting, Finance or another business-related course.
• At least 2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable (AR).
• Collections background required.
• Written and spoken English.
• Team player with responsibility, accuracy and the ability to handle urgent matters under pressure; flexibility during month, quarter and year-end closing.
• Client industry experience is a plus.
