About the role
Join Freudenberg Filtration Technologies as an Operator in our Foshan facility. You will work on a dynamic production floor, ensuring that our air and liquid filtration systems are manufactured to the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
Key responsibilities
- Operate a variety of machines across multiple production lines.
- Maintain productivity levels while guaranteeing product quality.
- Identify and resolve technical issues to keep the process flow uninterrupted.
- Provide backup support for other workstations as needed.
- Contribute to continuous‑improvement initiatives on the shop floor.
Required profile
- Strong technical background or several years of hands‑on experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Proven troubleshooting abilities.
- High flexibility and the capacity to work independently.
