职位概况

罗氏在上海建设全新大分子工厂，现招聘包装操作工。该岗位需要出色的执行力和丰富的包装操作经验，能操作和维护包装设备，并与项目团队配合完成工厂设计、验证、生产准备和启动工作。

主要职责

  • 在针头切割、贴标、包装等工艺步骤中达成生产目标，确保产品安全及时生产，符合GMP/SHE要求
  • 操作和清洁针头切割机、贴标机、装盒机、药监码系统、装箱机和码垛机等设备
  • 负责包装物料转运与管理，包括包装线上的针头检查
  • 协助进行包装线和工艺的设备验证与工艺验证
  • 参与新厂房的FAT、SAT、IOPQ等验收测试，支持工艺初步开发与优化
  • 参与运行准备，如起草设备操作规程和日志、现场5S管理、现场机器清洁
  • 日常生产中执行针头切割与目视检查、贴标包装，填写GMP记录，实施冷链管理，并在维护工程师支持下快速处理设备故障
  • 操作SAP、MES等IT系统，完成其他分配任务

任职要求

  • 大专及以上学历，药学/生物学专业优先
  • 3年以上注射剂制药行业运营经验，有跨国生物制药公司及包装设施项目经验者优先
  • 熟悉cGMP及制药行业相关法规，尤其是生物制药行业法规
  • 具备基本英语沟通能力优先
