职位概况
通过在线聊天工具答复客户咨询问题并做好信息记录，筛选有效信息反馈给销售人员。
主要职责
- 通过在线聊天工具答复客户咨询问题并做好信息记录。
- 筛选有效信息反馈给销售人员并做好信息跟进。
- 实时跟进销售的信息反馈进度，必要时转接其他销售人员。
- 对发错件、拒收件做好表格统计并记录原因。
- 根据客户信息记录做好回访工作，记录客户信息反馈。
- 处理各类客户投诉，安抚客户情绪。
- 熟悉店铺产品信息，根据客户需求进行特定产品推荐。
- 对物流运输、丢件等问题做好三方沟通，及时与物流确认详情并与客户协商赔偿。
- 对客户反馈的产品问题及时与运营沟通，优化产品，提高销售服务。
