职位概况
负责7×24机房值守，保障系统、网络稳定运行，提供一线IT技术支持，处理用户报修工单。
主要职责
- 执行7×24小时三班轮值，全天候值守机房，保障系统、网络稳定运行。
- 对接IT服务台处理用户报修工单，排查终端、业务系统故障，提供一线技术支持。
- 实时监控服务器、网络及机房基础设施运行状态，开展现场巡检，发现并处理安全隐患。
- 负责无线终端日常运维维护，参与无线配套建设与优化项目落地。
任职要求
- 全日制大专及以上学历，计算机相关专业。
- 拥有数据中心监控、服务器运维、系统变更经验，持有ITIL证书者优先。
- 熟练计算机基础操作，具备一线IT支撑与故障排查能力，有服务意识。
- 能够适应数据中心7×24小时三班轮工作，具备良好沟通表达能力。
必备技能
- 熟悉Windows桌面、Windows Server、主流Linux系统操作。
- 掌握基础Java，可开展程序问题排查。
- 了解OSI七层网络体系，熟练使用Office、PPT、Project等办公软件。
- 具备英文读写基础，能听懂粤语者优先。
