职位概况

负责在值班期间对分配楼层及客房区域进行高标准清洁，并与前台密切合作，确保房态准确。

主要职责

  • 执行分配楼层和客房区域的高标准清洁工作。
  • 与前台协作，确保房态信息实时准确。
  • 维护“请勿打扰”客人隐私，监督夜床服务。
  • 严格管理钥匙，检查客房走廊及公共区域。
  • 及时向工程部报告维修需求，确保失物招领流程规范。
  • 保持楼层布草间整洁，监督客房服务员工作效率及仪表。
  • 协助员工培训与发展，提供面对面指导。

任职要求

  • 具备国际连锁酒店工作经验者优先。
  • 英语水平一般，具备良好的计算机操作能力。

必备技能

  • 良好的客房清洁与维护技能。
  • 熟悉钥匙管理及客房检查流程。
