职位概况
负责集团财务管理体系的规划、优化与实施，提供财务分析与决策支持，推动公司资本运作及上市筹备工作。
主要职责
- 组织编制集团短、中、长期财务规划并落实工作计划。
- 指导子公司财务、资金管理，优化财务流程。
- 参与公司重大事项分析、合同审查及风险评估。
- 组织成本预测、控制、核算与考核。
- 推动资本运作、投融资及IPO财务筹备。
任职要求
- 35-42岁，211/985或知名财经类院校本科以上，财会相关专业。
- 10年以上财务经验，曾在年销售额15亿元以上制造业集团担任财务负责人3年以上。
- 熟悉制造业生产流程、成本管控、财务分析及相关法律法规。
- 具备ERP系统实施经验，持有CPA或具备IPO经验者优先。
