职位概况
负责公司全面财务核算管理、内控体系及制度流程搭建完善，确保财务报表的准确性、及时性及完整性。
主要职责
- 负责公司财务报表提报及ERP财务流程支持建设。
- 运用数据编制管理报表及分析报告，完成税务、工商、审计等外部事务。
- 落实财务预算、决算，推动专项补贴及证件申报。
- 建设财务团队，制定内部指标并进行绩效考核。
任职要求
- 本科及以上财会专业学历，五年以上财务经验，三年以上制造业背景。
- 三年以上财务管理经验，熟练使用Office软件及会计软件。
- 具备数据处理与分析能力，风险意识强，具备良好沟通与团队管理能力。
- 具备大医疗或医疗器械行业背景者优先。
