负责在遵循凯悦酒店集团企业战略及品牌标准的前提下，确保餐饮部门高效运营，满足员工、客人及业主的期望。

主要职责

行使行政总厨职能，确保所有餐厅和宴会遵循酒店标准成功运营并实现盈利。
保持部门高效营运，协调各餐饮点的日常工作。

任职要求

拥有食品制作领域的学徒经历或专业学历。
至少两年在大型机构内担任行政总厨或行政副总厨的工作经验。
具备良好的实践经验、经营管理能力以及创新能力。
