职位概况
负责肺癌肿瘤药品（如凯美纳、赛美纳及创新产品重组人白蛋白）的学术推广，提升产品市场份额和公司品牌影响力。
主要职责
- 在辖区内维护客户关系，提升产品市场份额。
- 及时、准确提供医药产品信息，协助客户合理用药。
- 开展学术推广工作，提供专业化咨询服务。
- 了解市场动态，向上级反馈竞争对手情况并提出建议。
- 收集并反馈公司产品的临床使用情况。
任职要求
- 大专及以上学历，医学、药学相关专业。
- 2年以上学术推广经验，有肿瘤药品推广经验者优先。
- 具备销售技巧、市场前沿信息、药品及产品知识。
- 具备沟通、人际协调、团队协作、执行、学习创新及应变能力。
- 稳重、进取心强，能适应快节奏和高强度工作。
