职位概况
负责前置仓物流团队的搭建与日常管理，支撑业务发展并及时处理重大突发事件。
主要职责
- 搭建并管理前置仓物流团队，处理突发事件。
- 负责仓储、配送现场运营，包括收货、拣货、打包、配送、盘点、退货等。
- 制定并改进物流体系规范，建立标准化作业流程并监督执行。
- 建立质控体系，完善数据报表，评估KPI并分析原因。
- 与相关部门沟通，跟踪并处理运作异常，提出改进方案。
- 配合门店店长完成日常工作任务。
任职要求
- 本科以上学历，物流或管理类相关专业优先。
- 3年以上前置仓或零售行业物流工作经验，具备B2C仓配中心管理经验。
- 熟悉电商模式下分拣中心及物流配送流程，有生鲜操作经验者优先。
- 具备较强的组织、执行和计划落实能力，良好的沟通协调与问题处理能力。
- 有责任感与使命感，能承受工作压力，适应快节奏并敢于挑战。
