职位概况
在强生公司担任医药代表，负责皮科产品的市场推广与客户管理，工作地点位于哈尔滨。
主要职责
- 高效执行公司市场部的策略，达成并超越业务目标。
- 对目标客户进行分级管理，合理安排拜访频率，确保准确传递产品信息。
- 独立组织学术幻灯演讲，支持区域内会议/活动推广工作。
- 实时维护工作相关数据，准确反映市场状态。
- 协助主管完成招标、医保事务及部门安排的其他任务。
任职要求
- 统招本科及以上学历，专业不限（特殊产品需医药背景）。
- 2年以上医药行业相关工作经验。
- 通过RDPAC组织的MRC测试并取得不低于80分的成绩。
- 具备较强的业务敏锐度、解决问题能力及客户管理能力。
- 熟练使用Office等办公软件。
