职位概况
在强生公司（Johnson & Johnson）从事肺癌领域的高级医药代表，负责在郑州地区推广公司产品，实现业务目标。
主要职责
- 高效执行公司市场部的策略，达成并超越业务目标。
- 对目标客户进行分级管理，合理安排拜访频率，准确传递产品信息。
- 依据公司合规要求，独立组织学术幻灯演讲并支持区域会议/活动推广。
- 实时维护工作相关数据，准确反映市场状态。
- 协助主管完成招标、医保事务及部门安排的其他工作任务。
任职要求
- 统招本科及以上学历，学士及以上学位，专业不限（特殊产品需医药背景）。
- 2年及以上医药行业相关工作经验。
- 试用期内通过RDPAC组织的MRC测试，成绩不低于80分。
- 具备业务敏锐度、解决问题能力和客户管理能力。
- 优秀的学习、沟通、说服、项目管理及业务规划执行能力。
- 具备坚持不懈的挑战精神和团队合作精神。
必备技能
- 熟练使用Office等办公软件。
