职位概况
负责带领团队在北京地区执行皮科产品的市场策略，达成公司业务目标，构建与重要客户的合作关系。
主要职责
- 带领团队高效执行市场策略及行动计划，完成业务指标。
- 与区域内重要客户建立双赢合作，搭建战略合作平台。
- 定期协访一线代表，辅导下属提升整体胜任力。
- 组织并实施区域学术活动及会议，确保合规执行。
- 配合公司大型学术和销售活动在本区域的落地。
任职要求
- 统招本科及以上学历，专业不限（特殊产品需医药背景）。
- 四年及以上医药销售经验，且有优秀业绩；两年以上团队管理经验。
- 通过公司规定的MRC测试并完成入职培训、合规培训及考核。
- 具备专业形象展示、沟通说服及客户融洽能力。
- 优秀的团队管理和资源统筹能力。
必备技能
- 熟练使用Office等办公软件。
