职位概况
负责建筑工程项目的全流程管理，包括体系建设、进度与施工队管理、数智化监督、资源调配、项目巡查及外部沟通协调。
主要职责
- 制定并升级项目管理体系，覆盖项目全流程的规范制度。
- 统筹项目进度，利用AI大数据动态调整计划，实时跟踪并处理异常，防止超期。
- 搭建施工队伍管理台账，制定评级规则，实现分包队伍的智能化管理。
- 运用数智化技术监督工程进度、实名制落实及客户需求，配合数智部建立资源管理平台。
- 组织项目巡查，评估关键指标并推动整改，预警并达成项目目标。
- 对接城燃公司、政府等外部机构，推进项目审批与协调工作。
任职要求
- 40岁以下，统招本科及以上学历。
- 燃气、土木、项目管理类相关专业。
- 5年及以上燃气工程或项目管理工作经验。
- 熟练使用办公软件，了解施工法律、合同管理、预结算及招投标流程。
- 思维敏捷，具备良好语言表达和写作能力，具团队合作精神，乐于沟通学习并接受挑战。
