职位概况
负责公司安保、消防安全及行政后勤等综合管理工作，制定并完善相关制度，确保安全运营。
主要职责
- 制订、完善公司安保管理规章制度，监督检查落实情况。
- 负责安全防范设施的建设、使用与维护。
- 组织安全保卫（含消防）培训，指导员工安全教育。
- 对接监管机构，落实安全保卫条线要求及整改。
- 负责公共设施日常维修、零星物资采购及协助工程项目管理。
- 承担公司会议管理及行政后勤保障工作。
任职要求
- 本科学历以上，持有一级注册消防工程师或中级以上注册安全工程师证书者优先。
- 5年以上工作经验，3年以上相关岗位经验，有国企、政府或事业单位背景者优先。
- 熟悉消防法规、建筑规范及设施操作规范，熟练使用办公软件。
- 具备较强的组织协调、沟通及团队协作能力。
- 具备良好的公文写作能力和执行力。
