职位概况

负责大湾区个人保险产品的策略制定、开发与核保管理，桥接香港总部与内地团队，推动跨境保险项目落地。通过全流程承保管理，确保产品盈利性与风险可控。

主要职责

  • 产品策略与开发：分析大湾区个人客户需求，主导跨境车险、高端医疗、个人意外、家财、宠物等产品研发。
  • 全流程承保管理：制定核保策略、风险评估、定价审核与业务授权，确保盈利与风险可控。
  • 市场与合规洞察：跟踪内地、香港及大湾区监管政策、市场动态和竞争格局，确保合规运营。
  • 跨境协同与沟通：作为香港总部与内地团队、合作伙伴及重要客户的桥梁，推动项目高效落地。
  • 业务分析与优化：监控产品线表现，进行财务与业务数据分析，持续优化产品组合和承保策略。

任职要求

  • 教育背景：大学本科及以上，保险、金融、经济、精算或相关专业优先。
  • 专业经验：6年以上一般保险行业经验，具备个人保险产品开发或核保经验，拥有内地市场经验，具香港或国际保险市场经验者优先。
  • 核心技能：精通个人保险产品全周期管理，具分入再保险业务操作经验与风险评估能力，具卓越商业敏锐度、创新思维和数据分析能力，具出色的中英文书面及口语沟通能力。
  • 个人特质：强大的项目管理能力、解决问题的热情、跨文化协作精神，能够在高动态环境中驱动成果。
  • 专业资格：持有或正在考取CPCU、ANZIIF、FCII、中国核保师等国际或国内专业资格者优先。
