职位概况
在指定区域内开展公司肿瘤药品的介绍与推广，建立并维护与医疗机构的合作关系，确保完成公司下达的工作目标。
主要职责
- 按照公司规定的覆盖和拜访频率制定并执行医疗机构拜访计划。
- 向医疗机构提供药品咨询、产品信息并处理相关问题。
- 挖掘并开发现有及潜在市场，完成区域销售目标。
- 组织学术活动，推广新产品并跟进临床需求。
- 收集竞争产品信息，及时向上级反馈并提供建议。
任职要求
- 医学、药学或相关专业大专及以上学历。
- 2-3 年医院医药代表工作经验，外资制药公司经验优先。
必备技能
- 产品及市场知识，熟悉药品推广流程。
- 区域管理与业务敏锐性，能够制定并执行行动计划。
- 遵守公司SOP、合规要求，保持专业形象。
