职位概况
负责在福州地区推广公司肿瘤类药品，建立并维护与医疗机构的合作关系，达成公司下达的销售与市场目标。
主要职责
- 制定并执行区域拜访计划，按公司规定的覆盖频率开展产品推广。
- 向医疗机构提供药品信息、解答问题，提升客户满意度。
- 收集竞争产品信息，及时向上级反馈并提供建议。
- 分析区域市场情况，挖掘潜在客户，推动新产品进药。
任职要求
- 医学、药学或相关专业大专及以上学历。
- 2-3 年医院医药代表工作经验，外资制药公司经验优先。
必备技能
- 熟悉产品及市场知识，掌握产品推广技巧与流程。
- 具备区域管理能力，能够制定并落实市场开发计划。
