职位概况
财务高级经理，负责集团整体财务报告编制及审计对接，支持经营决策并参与预算管理。
主要职责
- 带领团队高质量完成集团所有单体报表及财务报告编制工作。
- 对接审计机构，完成境内外年审、专项审计等工作。
- 研究公司基本面，自下而上把握财务情况变化，分析关键财务指标，为经营决策提供支持。
- 参与年度财务预算编制，跟踪监督相关部门预算执行情况。
- 与各部门保持密切沟通，梳理业务流程，评估集团整体会计事项合规性，针对新业态或复杂业务提供专业意见。
任职要求
- 大学本科及以上学历，8年以上财务相关工作经验，3年以上管理经验。
- 具备中级会计职称，拥有高级会计师、CPA、CMA等证书者优先。
- 英文书面熟练，口语可基本交流。
- 有电商或四大背景者优先。
- 性格稳重，抗压性好，责任心强，具备团队协作和项目把控能力。
