职位概况
负责肿瘤业务部的培训与管理课程，支持各大区销售提升。
主要职责
- 依据培训路径图讲授领导力及管理课程，并做好后勤保障。
- 制定并实施实地辅导计划，提高区域销售效率。
- 调研并分析管理人员培训需求。
- 根据销售管理需求制定学习计划并授课。
- 运用多种培训工具开展学习、技能培训及测试评估。
- 支持其他部门的培训需求。
任职要求
- 10年以上医院药品推广经验。
- 3年以上地区销售管理经验，且具备2年以上医药培训经验，或3年以上大区管理经验。
- 3年以上肿瘤销售业务经验，医药专业背景优先。
- 拥有培训行业权威机构认证证书或多部门工作经验者优先。
