职位概况

负责餐厅日常运营管理，制定并执行经营计划，确保服务质量、食品安全及盈利目标的实现。

主要职责

全面负责餐厅日常运营管理工作，确保服务质量与运营标准。
制定并执行餐厅经营计划，完成营收及利润指标。
监督食品质量、服务流程及卫生安全标准执行。
负责员工排班、培训及绩效考核管理。
处理客户投诉及突发事件，维护酒店品牌形象。
控制餐厅运营成本，优化物料采购及库存管理。
配合酒店营销部门策划并执行餐饮促销活动。

任职要求

大专及以上学历，酒店管理、餐饮管理相关专业优先。
5年以上中餐厅管理经验，星级酒店从业背景者优先。
精通餐饮服务流程及食品安全管理规范。
具备优秀的团队管理能力及成本控制意识。
较强的市场敏感度及客户关系维护能力。
能适应弹性工作时间，抗压能力强。
