职位概况
负责区域内客户的售后服务销售及客户关系维护，通过推广服务产品和解决方案，支持客户设备全生命周期管理，推动业务持续增长。
主要职责
- 推广服务合同、维修服务、备件及增值服务解决方案，完成销售目标。
- 建立并维护良好客户关系，跟进合同签署、续约及执行情况。
- 协调内部资源解决客户问题，提升客户满意度。
- 收集市场及客户信息，识别业务机会并推动转化，支持区域市场活动。
任职要求
- 具备医疗行业或医疗器械相关经验。
- 拥有客户管理或售后服务经验，良好的沟通与关系维护能力。
- 较强的学习能力、执行力及结果导向意识，能够独立进行客户拜访和业务跟进。
- 愿意持续学习医疗行业及服务业务知识。
