Job description

主要职责

产品全流程质量控制，包括生产过程监控、数据驱动决策、主导质量先期策划（APQP）等。
问题解决与持续改进，处理客户投诉、运用质量工具（如8D、六西格玛）推动闭环改善。
团队协作与能力建设，跨部门联动、组织质量培训。

任职要求

大专及以上学历，3年以上品质工作经验者优先。
熟悉ISO 9001质量体系，掌握QC七大手法、8D、品质五大工具。
具备汽车零部件行业背景，拥有IATF 16949或VDA6.3认证经验者优先。
具备韩语读写沟通能力者优先。
