职位概况
负责制定数控高技能人才培养方案，开展数控类高技能学员培训授课，兼顾学生日常管理及实训工厂生产。
主要职责
- 制定数控高技能人才培养方案，落实月度、季度、年度培训计划。
- 开展数控类高技能学员培训授课，带班带教，传授数控知识。
- 负责数控加工中心理论及实操培训工作。
- 负责学生的日常管理，包括安全、宿舍检查等。
- 负责数控实训工厂的产品生产及发货。
- 完成领导安排的其他人才培养相关工作。
任职要求
- 机电类相关专业，全日制大专及以上学历。
- 有数控类实操经验，或机床厂装配、安装、调试、售后服务经历者优先。
- 熟悉发那科、西门子等系统操作。
- 熟练使用Word、PPT、Excel，擅长PPT课件制作。
- 具备课程开发与讲授能力，对教育工作有热情。
- 思维逻辑清晰，具备良好的书面表达、培训授课、专业辅导能力。
