About the role

As a member of our mobile team you will join the idea‑generation process and work in a small, startup‑like group that owns its part of the project. You will deliver fast, iterative improvements in high‑speed release cycles and also design broader changes for the Android app.

Key responsibilities

• Rapidly develop new features and run A/B tests with real users.
• Identify and resolve app issues, prioritising fixes based on user impact.
• Collaborate with back‑end developers, product owners and designers to continuously improve the Android experience.
• Help grow the team by participating in interviewing, onboarding and other recruitment activities.

Required profile

• 3+ years of Android application development using the Android SDK.
• 5+ years of professional experience with Java and other programming languages.
• Strong sense of interaction design and meticulous attention to detail.
• Self‑motivated, proactive problem‑solver who thrives at large scale.
• Advanced English reading and writing skills; intermediate listening and speaking.
