职位概况
本岗位负责公司内部经营审计与监察，支持部门战略落地，推动审计项目全流程管理，确保业务合规与风险可控。
主要职责
- 理解公司战略，主动承担内部审计与监察职责，推动部门目标实现。
- 参与审计制度的制定、修改及项目档案的整理归档。
- 组织经营审计、离任审计、专项审计的调研、计划编制与执行。
- 收集相关资料，编写审计底稿、初稿，及时向审计经理反馈重大问题。
- 完成审计征求意见稿、上报稿及整改意见的OA流程跟踪。
- 完成部门领导交办的其他审计事务。
任职要求
- 本科及以上学历。
- 3-5年审计、财务主管或外部审计管理工作经验。
- 具备中级会计师、注册会计师或CIA资格者优先。
必备技能
- 审计底稿编写与审计报告撰写能力。
- 熟悉内部控制与风险管理流程。
- 能够使用OA系统进行整改跟踪。
