职位概况

前厅宾客关系主任负责迎接并服务到店客人，确保客人在入住、在住及离店期间获得卓越的宾客体验，遵循四季酒店的服务标准。

主要职责

在客人抵达时进行登记入住，提供热情接待。
在客人住宿期间及时响应各类需求，评估并提供个性化建议。
在客人离店时办理退房手续，确保满意度最高。
与前台经理汇报工作，协同前厅部完成服务目标。

任职要求

具备良好的沟通能力和服务意识。
能够以专业且热情的态度处理客人事务。
熟悉四季酒店的服务标准或高端酒店业态。

必备技能

熟练使用前台系统进行入住/退房操作。
能够快速评估客人需求并提供相应建议。
