职位概况
本公司面向制造业招聘财务主管/经理，负责公司全面财务核算、内控体系搭建、报表编制及税务审计等核心工作，要求具备全盘账务管理经验。
主要职责
- 负责公司全面财务核算管理、内控体系及制度流程的搭建与完善。
- 确保财务报表的准确性、及时性和完整性。
- 推进ERP（用友U8/YS）各项流程的财务支持建设。
- 运用数据编制管理报表及分析报告，真实反映财务经营情况。
- 对接税务、工商、审计及统计等外部机构并保持良好关系。
- 负责专项补贴、证件申报等财务支持工作，推动事项达成。
- 组织财务预算、决算工作并落实执行。
- 建设财务团队，培养员工，制定内部指标并进行绩效考核。
- 完成领导交办的其他任务。
任职要求
- 统招本科学历。
- 具备制造企业生产成本、研发费用、销售等全盘账务管理经验。
必备技能
- 熟练使用用友U8或用友YS等ERP系统。
