职位概况
负责金融交易平台海外市场的社群体系搭建与运营，设计区域群、主题群等矩阵，实现用户拉新、活跃、留存等目标。
主要职责
- 从0到1搭建Telegram等海外社群，制定并执行运营机制。
- 规划内容、策划活动、培养核心用户/KOC。
- 监控社群规模、活跃度、转化率等关键指标，持续优化。
- 配合市场、产品推广、内容传播及用户反馈收集。
任职要求
- 3年以上互联网、金融科技、区块链、游戏或社交行业海外社群运营经验。
- 熟悉海外用户生态，拥有东南亚、南亚或香港市场经验者优先。
- 具备用户增长、生命周期运营意识，能够设计拉新、促活、留存、召回机制。
- 英语可作为工作语言，具备跨文化沟通能力。
必备技能
- Telegram社群搭建及规模化运营经验。
- 数据分析能力，能够评估运营效果并迭代。
