职位概况

复旦大学国家智能评价与治理实验基地面向全国诚聘高层次人才和优秀青年教学科研人才，招聘岗位包括教授/研究员、助理教授（A岗或B岗）/副研究员/青年研究员等。

主要职责

开展智能评价与治理理论、方法及实践研究；
承担跨学科科研项目，推动学术与政府、产业合作；
承担教学任务，培养研究生和青年学者；
参与国家数字化转型相关政策与评价体系建设。

任职要求

拥护党和国家方针政策，遵纪守法，品行端正；
拥有信息资源管理、图书情报、数据科学、统计学、人工智能、计算机科学与技术、公共管理、社会治理、科技政策、教育学、经济学、管理学等相关领域的博士学位；
优秀青年人才首次聘用时年龄一般在40周岁及以下；
具备副高级及以上专业技术职务任职资格或相当水平，已有独创性、一流水平科研成果，具备突出学术潜力。

必备技能

熟悉信息资源管理、数据科学或人工智能等相关学科理论与方法；
具备跨学科科研合作能力；
能够进行高水平学术论文写作与发表。
