职位概况
负责华中地区美容行业客户的业务增长，提供卓越客户体验，维护并拓展现有大客户。
主要职责
- 维护客户关系，确保服务质量，挖掘账户发展机会。
- 与区域或全球客户负责人合作，争取新业务。
- 主导RFQ/RFI，协调报价、产品及解决方案团队，制定竞争性方案。
- 定期开展服务回顾，提升满意度，降低投诉。
- 分享并跟进销售线索，推动业务拓展。
- 负责新业务落地实施，协调SOP准备，确保客户顺利上线。
- 定期拜访客户，参加MBR/QBR会议，提供数据洞察提升服务效率。
任职要求
- 本科及以上学历。
- 3年以上跨国物流公司销售或大客户管理经验。
- 流利的英文口语和书写能力。
- 具备跨部门沟通协调能力。
必备技能
- 英语（流利）
