负责产险（车险、财产险、意健险）客户的咨询与查询，提供电话服务，收集并反馈客户意见，提升客户满意度并为公司创造价值。

主要职责

承接产险客户的咨询、查询等电话服务工作。
收集客户意见建议并进行反馈。
在服务客户的同时，为公司创造更大价值。

任职要求

专科及以上学历，专业不限。
普通话标准流利。
能承受一定工作压力，适应倒班工作。
具备较强的服务意识、沟通能力、进取心、责任感和团队精神。

必备技能

熟练使用办公软件进行信息记录。
