职位概况
负责使用BIM算量软件进行工程量计算与测评，整理业务需求并支持产品研发，参与进度款申报、现场签证、竣工结算及审计工作。
主要职责
- 使用BIM算量软件进行算量并提供测评结果。
- 整理业务知识，转化为需求描述，协助产品研发。
- 负责工程量计算、核对及进度款申报、现场签证、竣工结算和审计。
任职要求
- 工程造价管理等相关专业学历。
- 熟悉概算、预算、结算编制与审核，熟练操作海迈算量计价软件（或同类）、CAD及办公软件。
- 熟悉施工图纸，具备进度款、现场签证、竣工结算等工作经验。
- 熟悉BIM，有施工现场预算经验者优先。
- 工作细致严谨，能吃苦耐劳，具备团队合作精神。

- 海迈算量计价软件或同类软件
- CAD
- 常用办公软件
