职位概况

负责制定品牌定位与市场策略，统筹全周期营销，带领团队实现业绩目标。

主要职责

主导品牌定位与差异化营销策略制定。
统筹项目从调研、包装到渠道拓展与客户转化。
搭建并管理营销团队，进行目标拆解、绩效管控和培训。
深度挖掘高端客群需求，设计定制化营销方案。

任职要求

40岁以下，本科及以上学历，市场营销或管理类专业优先。
5年以上高端项目营销管理经验，有养老或康养项目经验者优先。
熟悉高端客群消费心理，拥有渠道资源和客户关系维护能力。
具备市场洞察力和数据分析能力，能快速调整策略。
