职位概况
负责汽车注塑件质量管理，主导质量改进与客户投诉处理，确保产品符合IATF 16949体系要求。
主要职责
- 组织并督导客户抱怨的检讨、回复、结案及归档培训。
- 运用APQP、FMEA、SPC、MSA、PPAP等质量工具开展项目。
- 监督注塑件全尺寸检测，确保测量精度。
任职要求
- 5年以上汽车注塑件行业质量工作经验。
- 熟练使用蔡司三次元测量仪（会编程）及2.5D测量设备。
- 具备IATF 16949内审或外审资格者优先。
必备技能
- APQP、FMEA、SPC、MSA、PPAP
- 蔡司三次元、2.5D测量仪操作
- IATF 16949体系审计
