About the role

KONE is seeking a Maintenance Site Manager for its Foshan location. You will be responsible for delivering projects on time, within budget, and to contractual standards while fostering strong customer relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Manage project scope, cost, schedule, and ensure compliance with KONE objectives.
• Lead the full project team, set clear targets, and allocate resources and competencies.
• Maintain proactive communication with customers, understand their needs, and create a trustful environment.
• Identify, mitigate, and escalate project risks; drive value through variation sales throughout the project lifecycle.
• Oversee integrated project planning with customers and internal teams, ensuring governance through project gates and reviews.
• Handle financial planning, forecasting, cash‑flow, and revenue management.
• Drive quality handover from sales to operations and manage project close‑out activities.
• Promote safety awareness, adhere to customer and KONE safety requirements, and lead by example.
• Plan installation and testing resources in collaboration with resource managers and champion lean practices on site.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing construction or maintenance projects with full responsibility for scope, cost, and schedule.
• Strong customer‑facing skills and ability to lead multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent risk management and financial control capabilities.
• Commitment to safety standards and continuous improvement.
