职位概况
本岗位招聘内科医师，负责住院、门诊及急诊的日常诊疗工作，需在科主任指导下完成相应任务，遵守医院规章制度。
主要职责
- 在科主任指导下承担住院、门诊、急诊值班工作。
- 对患者进行检查、诊断、治疗并开具医嘱，跟踪执行情况。
- 及时向上级报告诊疗困难及病情变化，提出转科或出院建议。
- 负责所管患者的全面管理，确保下班前完成交接班。
- 参加科内查房，遵守技术操作常规。
- 学习并运用国内外先进医学技术，开展新技术新疗法。
任职要求
- 临床医学、内科等相关专业，本科及以上学历。
- 持有执业医师证书，具备住院医师或主治医师职称。
- 在二级以上医院工作3年以上，具备丰富临床经验。
- 具备良好的沟通能力，能够吃苦耐劳，执行力强。
