职位概况
负责病理标本的大体检查、常规诊断及部分复查工作，指导住院医师并参与科室疑难病例讨论及新技术研发。
主要职责
- 承担并指导住院医师进行病理标本的大体检查。
- 完成常规病理诊断及部分复查/抽查。
- 协助上级医生组织科内疑难病例讨论会。
- 在上级指导下学习国内外新进展，参与新项目立项、开发与转化。
- 负责初级医师的培训计划并承担带教工作。
- 监督质量体系的有效运行。
任职要求
- 本科及以上学历，临床医学专业。
- 主治医师职称。
- 具备病理标本大体检查能力，能够进行常规诊断和复查。
- 能够协助疑难病例讨论并提供诊断意见。
- 具备带教初级医师的经验，能进行技术监督与考核。
