职位概况
介入科住院医师，负责微创综合治疗科住院患者的诊疗与管理，参与微创手术及介入治疗，协助主治医师完成手术和科研教学工作。
主要职责
- 负责患者病史采集、体格检查、诊断及治疗方案制定与执行。
- 参与术前评估、术后管理及随访，确保诊疗规范。
- 协助完成腹腔镜、胸腔镜、内镜等微创手术及介入操作。
- 及时书写住院病历、手术记录、出院小结等医疗文书。
- 参与多学科会诊，与影像、病理、麻醉等科室协作。
- 参与科室临床研究，收集整理数据，撰写论文。
任职要求
- 影像医学与核医学、放射影像学、肿瘤学、外科学等方向硕士及以上学历。
- 已取得医师资格证并可变更注册。
- 完成住院医师规范化培训并取得合格证书。
- 熟悉微创治疗规范，具备外科手术基础。
- 医德医风良好，责任心强，能承受高强度工作压力。
- 具备良好沟通与团队协作能力，科研能力优秀者优先。
必备技能
- 微创手术操作技能（穿刺、引流、导管置入等）。
- 熟练使用影像设备进行诊疗。
