职位概况
在北京荟聚宜家店担任店员，提供优质服务，满足顾客需求，完成店铺销售目标。
主要职责
- 以专业知识和优质服务满足顾客需求，达成销售目标。
- 协助顾客获取产品资料，解答咨询。
- 处理到货、标价、贴标签、库存检查及商品陈列。
- 执行销售流程，贯彻公司零售标准和目标。
- 学习并提升销售技巧、ASICS产品及客户服务知识。
- 关注店内防损，警惕并上报可疑盗窃行为。
任职要求
- 年龄18-35周岁。
- 良好的沟通与表达能力。
- 能适应快节奏工作环境，工作效率高。
- 形象气质佳，富有朝气，热爱运动。
- 能够接受排班安排。
