职位概况
负责儿童乐园的日常运营与服务，涵盖清洁、接待、安保及活动表演等工作，确保园区环境整洁、游客满意。
主要职责
- 清洁户外游玩区域、旋转木马及公共设施，保持园区整洁。
- 营业结束后进行全方位大扫除，排查卫生死角。
- 热情接待游客，解答游玩路线、项目时间、收费等问题。
- 帮助老人、儿童、孕妇等特殊游客，维护游玩秩序。
- 及时处理游客摔倒、走失等突发情况并上报。
- 处理游客投诉，提升满意度。
- 熟练操作旋转木马设备，遵守安全规范。
- 表演迎宾舞蹈、互动舞蹈及生日派对人偶角色。
任职要求
- 中专及以上学历。
- 具备责任心，热爱工作。
