职位概况
负责会员活动现场烹饪、菜单设计及教学，需具备中西餐烹饪及红酒配餐能力。
主要职责
- 现场为会员烹饪并讲解菜品。
- 根据当期品清单协助设计并执行菜单。
- 策划并主持美食品鉴会及会员活动。
- 培训新员工，传授刀工及烹饪技巧。
任职要求
- 熟练刀工，能进行1厘米左右切丁。
- 掌握西餐烹饪技术，熟悉烤、炖、炒等方法。
- 了解牛肉、猪肉各部位及海鲜商品，能对应烹饪方式。
- 熟悉门店调味品使用、红酒产地与搭配。
