职位概况
负责家用水系统中央空调在成都地区的渠道开发与管理，协同一级代理完成市场布局，推动二级分销商销售，实现业绩目标。
主要职责
- 开发、维护区域一级代理，规划市场布局。
- 协助代理完成二级市场覆盖及销售目标。
- 组织门店培训，指导零售人员产品及销售技巧。
- 收集竞品信息，分析并反馈市场活动。
- 推动楼盘、装修公司合作，落实品牌推广及促销活动。
任职要求
- 熟悉当地家用中央空调渠道及市场。
- 了解中央空调产品基本知识，热爱零售行业。
- 本科以上学历，2年以上相关工作经验。
- 具备良好沟通、演讲及团队协作能力。
必备技能
- PPT制作与演示能力。
- 数据汇总、分析与报告撰写能力。
