职位概况
负责研发项目成本控制、预算管理及业务计划，深度参与核心业务，提供财务决策支持。
主要职责
- 参与项目和业务单元的成本控制、部门预算管理（季度滚动预测）。
- 协助地区业务领导开展研发成本优化，识别降本机会并跟踪落实。
- 分析业务模式迭代对利润、风险的影响，提供量化测算。
- 为产品策略和定价提供财务依据，设计并优化数字化工具提升管理效率。
任职要求
- 财务、会计、经济、商务或相关专业本科及以上学历，优秀应届毕业生亦可。
- 0–3年企业财务、Controlling、FP&A、成本控制或业务分析经验者优先。
- 具备逻辑思维、数据分析和问题解决能力，能够快速理解业务并形成分析思路。
- 良好的沟通表达和协作能力，具备Business Partner意识。
- 良好的英语听说读写能力。
必备技能
- 熟练使用 MS Office。
- 具备 Power BI 使用经验。
- 具备 SAP 使用经验。
